All Them Witches are known for their loud and lengthy live shows. 2020 found the band releasing their critically acclaimed album, Nothing As The Ideal. An album release from this band would traditionally be followed by a lengthy 18-month tour across the globe, but due to an international pandemic, the band's touring plans were brought to a halt. This did not stop All Them Witches from assembling in a studio to broadcast a live set for their fans. The set was roundly received as an amazing performance and fans immediately inquired as to whether or not this show would be available on vinyl.

New West Records is proud to present All Them Witches - LIVE ON THE INTERNET. This 16-song set will be pressed on six variations of color vinyl across three LPs, housed in an individually numbered, foil-stamped wide spine jacket with spot gloss. Color variations include turquoise, black, white, pink, metallic silver, or metallic gold mixed with sea glass. Also includes an 11" x 11" insert.

Generally considered one of the Top 50 soundtracks of all times, Angelo Badalamenti's dark original score was complemented by a handful of powerful songs prominently featured in the film, most notably from Roy Orbison and Julee Cruise.  This was the first time Angelo and David Lynch worked together and the pairing has been a fruitful one henceforth.  Both men have been heavily involved in this deluxe edition expansion, contributing to new liner and shaping the audio program, which comes directly off the unedited master tapes. Bobby Vinton's "Blue Velvet" has also been added to the tracklist for the first time.  Pressed on marbled blue vinyl, and album art features the original art from the Italian movie poster designed by Enzo Sciotti.

Chet Baker is highly regarded as one of jazz's greatest trumpet players, and he recorded numerous albums over his 35 year recording career. Recorded in 1969, Albert's House features eleven instrumental compositions by Steve Allen, who produced the recording session to assist Baker in restarting his career after a horrific dental injury in '68. The sessions feature an all-star group of players with Paul Smith on keyboards, Barney Kessel on guitar, Jim Hughart on bass and Frank Capp (of Wrecking Crew fame) on drums.

Over three LPs this set includes his early ‘50s work with the Nor-Ikes, and his early ‘70s albums Hye Inspiration and Middle Eastern Soul. This monster is a barrage of middle eastern clarinet, oud, dumbek, kanun, sax, tambourine, wild percussion, and kaval, along with finger cymbals and the occasional vocal from some of his favorite belly dancers. There were no overdubs, edits, punch-ins, remixes or remastering. This type of recording is very rare due to the technical and creative difficulty associated with it. In 1969 -- some three years before his self-titled debut solidified his stature as a pre-eminent Fender bender -- Roy Buchanan signed with Polydor Records and began work on his first full-length platter. But it took 35 years before this material saw the light of day with the release of The Prophet: The Unreleased First Polydor Album on CD. Augmenting the 11-track running order that would have made up that disc, the single-CD package contained 30+ minutes of previously unreleased outtakes, including tunes documented at an aborted March of 1971 session. This stuff is every bit as good as the official Polydor releases; the medley of "After Hours"/"The Messiah Will Come Again," for instance, might even be better than the respective later versions of those songs that showed up on Roy's albums. Never before on vinyl, the Prophet comes in a two album set, pressed on orange and black "fire" vinyl (because you won't often encounter more fiery guitar work than what's here), housed in a gatefold jacket and limited to 2,500 copies worldwide.

Madlib reissues his long out of print collaboration with legendary Brazilian drummer Ivan “Mamao” Conti, propellant for lauded jazz fusion archetypes Azymuth, on his own imprint. Alternate cover artwork, photography by B+.

When Madlib went to Brazil in 2002 with Mochilla to participate in the production of the Brazilintime documentary, his one mission was to meet Ivan “Mamao” Conti, the drummer of the legendary trio Azymuth. Madlib had made an Azymuth tribute record he wanted to play for him. On a rainy night in Rio, Mamao and Madlib went in the studio. Several hours later the rhythm tracks that make up Sujinho were laid and the process began.

Featuring the music of Madlib, Mamao, Edu Lobo, Chico Buarque de Hollanda, Luiz Eca, Baden Powell, Vinicius De Moraes, Marcos Valle, Joao Donato, Dom Um Romao, Airto Moreira and even George Duke… and with guest vocals by Thalma De Freitas — Sujinho is a unique and classic record. Filled with the angularity and edge of a Madlib production and underwritten by the polyrhythmics of Mamao — Sujinho takes Brazilian music into places it has never been, bringing oft-forgotten classics like “Upa Neguinho” to 21st century ears.

Kinked is a compilation of Dave Davies' work from the late '90s and early 2000s. A lot of this disc features selections from the 1998 collection Unfinished Business: Dave Davies Kronikles 1963-1998, which itself contained a bunch of re-recordings from the late '90s of classic Kinks tunes.

That accounts for a little under half of this 15-track collection, the rest contains selections from the 2000 live album Rock Bottom: Live at the Bottom Line (four tracks) and 2002's studio album Bug (two cuts), plus a couple of relative rarities -- "When the Wind Blows (Emergency)," which was written for the End Hunger Network in 1997, and a cover of George Harrison's "Give Me Love, Give Me Peace on Earth," which was for a 2003 Harrison tribute album -- and a brand new tune, "God in My Brain," which was written and recorded in 2006, after Davies recovered from a serious stroke.

The album is a collector’s edition on Audiophile 180g vinyl of Eric Essix’s 27th album, Songs From the Deep.

Because the South is his life and it’s always been home, both physically and spiritually, Eric has carried those artful and passionate Southern breezes through some of his best recordings, including the albums Southbound (2000) and Birmingham (2009). Songs From the Deep captures our collective moment perfectly with a sense of personal nostalgia (Late Night Drive, Back Porch), sociopolitical resolve (Forward March), and several powerful shout-outs to recently departed civil rights icon and fellow Alabamian John Lewis (Walk With the Wind, Stand).

Recorded in the throes of their Philadelphia folk-rock phase during the late ‘60s, this record is a collection of rare early recordings by Daryl Hall & John Oates, before their signing to Atlantic Records. Prior to releasing their debut album, Whole Oats,' these two composer-performers had sketched out a series of songs, several of which went on to become early Hall & Oates classics. A great piece of rock history showcasing that early Philly sound before Hall & Oates went on to become one of America’s greatest pop-rock duos.

One of rock ‘n’ roll's pioneers of shock rock, the indescribable Screamin' Jay Hawkins paved the way for music performance art and glam artists to come. His classic "I Put A Spell On You," included on this set, was banned from radio in 1956 for sexual overtones. His legendary performances had him dressed in gold and leopard costumes with props including rubber snakes, a smoking skull on a stick, and his signature coffin. Over his career he didn't record many studio albums. In 1972 he released "A Portrait Of A Man and His Woman." Long out-of-print, it was re-released on CD in 2001 as "My Little Shop Of Horrors," adding a recording of his signature hit, "I Put A Spell On You," which included cover versions of Conway Twitty's "It's Only Make Believe," Fats Domino's "Please Don't Leave Me," and Jesse Belvin's "Guess Who."

Another amazing release from the official Jimi Hendrix “bootleg label” Dagger Records, this raw, direct to two-track, live recording from the Olympia Theatre in Paris was captured for French national radio and documents the Experience’s triumphant return to France almost one year from the date of their 1966 debut. Recorded on October 9, 1967, The Experience were in top form, roaring out of the gate with “Stone Free,” and following with vibrant renditions of “Hey Joe,” “Fire,” “The Wind Cries Mary” and “Catfish Blues.” “Rock Me Baby” and a compact “Red House” prefaced a grinding, muscular take of “Purple Haze,” followed by “Wild Thing,” replete with a rousing, tongue-in-cheek lead vocal that emphatically closed the show. Released for RSD Black Friday on red and blue mixed vinyl.

Experience Frank Ocean through the ears and sounds of High Pulp, as the Mutual Attraction saga continues, with the final installment of the project.

While the first two volumes in the series pay homage to free and experimental jazz legends that have informed the lens of the Seattle, Washington-based band, Volume 3 steps into the R&B/Hip Hop world, as the band performs their fresh takes on three Frank Ocean tracks from the ‘Endless’ album, a Frank Ocean record that flew under the radar for some, but didn’t miss with the High Pulp crew.

The three arrangements are an homage and a thank you to Frank, who has had such a heavy impact on the band and the way they think about writing music.  Mutual Attraction 3 challenged the band to think critically about these compositions and how they could deliver a sentiment similar to that they were born out of, but also put it through the High Pulp lens

Along with digging into a different genre of music, and focusing on being a tribute to just one artist for this volume in the series, MA 3 also has the band performing as their largest ensemble yet: a 15-piece band, including a 5-piece string section. Giving no limits to these reimagined versions of Frank Ocean tunes.

“Georgia Blue is a labor of love. On election day 2020, when I saw that there was a good chance the state of Georgia might go blue, I came up with an idea: to record an album of Georgia- related songs as a thank you to the state and donate the money to a Georgia based non-profit organization. I will admit my motivations were a bit selfish. For years, I’ve been looking for an excuse to record these songs with my band and some friends. The songs on this album are some of my favorite Georgia-related songs, but the tracklist is not meant to be comprehensive. I would love to cover Outkast and 2 Chainz, but I don’t think the finished product would be very good. We’re a rock band, so we covered rock songs. We have roots in blues and R&B, so we enlisted some brilliant artists to help us pull off songs by Precious Bryant, James Brown, and Gladys Knight. My favorite part of the Georgia Blue recording process was having the opportunity to work with these very special artists, and I thank them: Amanda Shires, Brittney Spencer, Adia Victoria, Brandi Carlile, Julien Baker, Bèla Fleck, Chris Thile, Steve Gorman, Peter Levin, and John Paul White. I hope you enjoy listening to these recordings as much as we enjoyed making them. Keep listening to good music and fighting the good fight.”

Rock and Roll Hall Of Famer, and namesake of arguably the greatest Rock n' Roll song of all time-- Johnny B. Goode, Johnnie Johnson lived in obscurity in his hometown of St. Louis. Johnnie's breakthrough in popularity began with Hail, Hail Rock N’ Roll, Taylor Hackford's documentary about two 1986 concerts celebrating Chuck Berry. Hot on the heels of that movie came Nonesuch Records’ Johnnie B. Bad album, produced by NRBQ pianist Terry Adams, with two tracks produced by Keith Richards. The record represents Johnnie's brilliance
and reaffirms him as the formative master of rock n' roll piano. Guest performers include Keith Richards, Eric Clapton, Steve Ferguson, Big Al Anderson, Joey
Spompinato, Bernie Worrell, Steve Jordan and Tom Ardolino.

This RSD Black Friday release from Saint Louis’ record store/label Euclid Records… Records marks that album’s debut on vinyl, remastered by Chris Muth and pressed on 180g vinyl
at QRP. The package also boasts brand new gatefold packaging.
